Online Accident Reports The Council Bluffs Police Department along with PoliceReports.us will be offering Online Accident Reports starting May 01, 2004. All you will need to do to access the website is to click on the link listed below. You will be taken to Council Bluffs Police Online Accident Reports. You will be able to access an accident report by either report number, date of accident, name of persons involved in accident, or location of accident. If you are a citizen you will need to set up a credit card payment. If you are an Insurance Agency you can either set up an account with PoliceReports.us or pay with a credit card.
